THIS IS THE RADIO EDITION OF SEVEN SONGS FROM 26||62 BY FUNERAL JACK

In 2018 Funeral Jack decided to record a little EP with new material called after their years of age at that time. Finally three years later FJ is proud to present you their full length second album called "26||62"! A record filled with genre bending music, produced, written and performed by maybe the best father and son music duo there is.

FJ would like to thank Rocco, Annett, Sandra, André and Michael for their support

Album facts:
- Pat was 26 and KP 62 when the songs where created
- "26II62" should have been an EP but became a full length record
- no metronome was used
- no autotune was used
- all songs where recorded in one take (except the overdubs)
- all instruments where recorded at Popschutz Studio except
Bass and Keys at Nonplastic HQ
- "Mr Rainey" was a session jam rehearsed just once
before its recording
- the bird sounds where recorded in Helmstedt (orgin of FJ) and
the church bells in Berlin (where Pat moved) - a closed circle
- due to the international pandemic in 2020/21 the album
took 3 years to be finished and released
- the photgraphy on the album cover shows FJ in the year 1994

The duo Funeral Jack is a Blues Rock band from Helmstedt, Germany.

The special point about this is the father and son relationship: a child from the 60s and 70s got together with a kid from the 90er and early 2000s to play the music they love in their own style. Also Funeral Jack is tried to play their very own songs for the audience.
